What is a preorder, and how is it different from a regular purchase?

A preorder is an advance purchase of an item that won’t be delivered for an extended period of time, due to manufacturing lead times. Also, our popcorn bucket preorders are your last chance to collect each bucket from their final production run!

How can I tell when my preorder will ship?

All preorders state clearly when we expect to ship them to our customers. We try to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes there are manufacturing or transit delays that can cause the delivery date to shift.

What happens if the shipping date for a preorder changes?

If the shipping date of a preorder changes, we will send you an email with an update. You may also check our Current Preorders Page which lists all of our current preorders, and their estimated shipping dates.

Where can I buy these preorders?

Most popcorn buckets can also be purchased in person at our theatres across the country until they’re sold out. However, some of our preorders are online exclusives. We’ll let you know in the product description if it’s available only online!

When will my card be charged for my preorder?

Your card will be charged at the time of purchase for your preorder collectible. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

Will checkout be different than normal during the preorder?

Checkout will function normally during the presale. However, during periods of extremely high sales volume, you may be placed in a waiting queue. Your waiting period should be no more than a few minutes. The page will automatically update when it's your turn to check out, so you can complete your purchase. Please don't reload the page or you will lose your place in line.

Can I return or cancel my order?

All preorder sales are final, since we manufacture a specific number of popcorn buckets based on the number of preorders. Payment will be collected at the time of your presale purchase, and cancellations or returns for refunds are not permitted.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us through our Support Center as soon as possible. Our customer service team will be happy to assist and help resolve any product issues. While this is unlikely, we’re here to make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way.

Can I use discounts or promo codes on this product?

Due to the limited-edition and highly exclusive nature of these preorders, discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to preorders.
